Postpartum Doula Support
A postpartum doula provides evidenced-based information on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother-baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care. Research shows that parents, and babies have an easier time with this transition if a good support team is in place.

We typically work in four hour shifts. When we walk in the door, we will sit down with you and figure out exactly what's needed on that particular day. If you have a plan that works great too, but if not we will check in with you and baby and then develop a plan for that day. Below is a list of common services we are asked to perform but if you have an idea not on this list, we are open to discussing it.
